What is LAMDA?

As a trained Voice Over Artist with extensive experience in performing arts, I am pleased to be able to offer coaching towards LAMDA qualifications. Having taken these examinations myself up to Grade 8, I can confidently say the benefits of receiving LAMDA coaching are boundless. Performing helps to build confidence, improve oracy skills, develop critical thinking and above all is great fun!
From Grade 6 upwards, participants can also receive UCAS points with their certificate which add value to University applications. They are a great opportunity for students who wish to expand their extra-curricular activities.

Acting

Musical Theatre
Explore acting through song using vocal techniques to convey the right mood, and engage with the material to form a thoughtful interpretation.
Speaking Verse and Prose
Learn to speak clearly and use voice projection, improve memorisation and build an understanding of poetry and prose.
